You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.

You may use Vidioza only in compliance with applicable law, these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create, subject to any rights held by third-party providers. You grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit that content only to operate and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the required rights and permissions for uploaded voices, likenesses, images, video, music, logos and other media.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication.

Vidioza does not guarantee views, engagement, platform approval, revenue or other performance outcomes.

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Credits are used according to the cost shown before generation. Reserved credits may be refunded when a qualifying generation job fails before delivery.

Taxes, refunds and changes to plan pricing are handled as disclosed at checkout and under applicable law.

Publishing and analytics features may depend on third-party platforms. Their availability, permissions and terms can change. We do not represent a post as successful unless the connected platform confirms it.

We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, platforms or the service, including for abuse, fraud, nonpayment or policy violations. You may close your account through settings when available or by contacting support.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Vidioza is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
